You have provided relentless customer care and gone above and beyond on several occasions in helping trouble shoot any challenges I may have had to date. 

I just wanted to drop a message to you to say I’ve spent half the day with your representative fixing my Cinderella gas loo. It was an excellent experience. I have had a comprehensive master class on cleaning the loo thoroughly as well as trouble shooting along the way. We quickly worked out the problem but also dealt with other things that could well have become problematic in the future. I feel very confident that I can now maintain the loo myself and won’t have to worry as much. I don’t think this would have been possible without spending a few hrs with you.

I definitely would have paid good money to do a course like this either as part of the purchase package or afterwards. I would say it’s paramount when buying an item like this and I am a builder/carpenter so not the most impractical person.
