Cinderella incineration toilets were designed over 25 years ago in Norway to offer a water-free, ecological, non-sewer sanitation solution. They were only available in Scandinavia until 2012 and are now available in the UK exclusively through Pump Technology Ltd. (Leesan, one of our group companies can also supply these products)

I just wanted to drop a message to you to say I’ve spent half the day with Clive fixing my Cinderella gas loo. It was an excellent experience. Clive has given me a comprehensive master class on cleaning the loo thoroughly as well as trouble shooting along the way. We quickly worked out the problem but also dealt with other things that could well have become problematic in the future. I feel very confident that I can now maintain the loo myself and won’t have to worry as much. I don’t think this would have been possible without spending a few hrs with Clive.
I definitely would have paid good money to do a course like this either as part of the purchase package or afterwards. I would say it’s paramount when buying an item like this and I am a builder/carpenter so not the most impractical person.
Clive has a great temperament for teaching and I can sleep a little more soundly this evening knowing the Cinderella loo is under my control.
